Yael of Safed said the quake caused her to wake up as she felt her house move. “I got up and felt the bed literally shaking under my
stomach, actually moving. I can’t fall back to sleep I’m so afraid.”
Yael noted that some of her neighbors also woke up and added no damage was caused.
Liron, 28, of Kiryat Shmona said he felt his bed shaking at around 4:30 am. “It lasted two-three seconds, stopped and then there was another little quake and that was it. Apart from the bed shaking nothing else happened.”
A resident of Reches Ramim said, “The entire house was shaking, closets, doors. This was a slightly stronger earthquake than before.”
