The World Food Crisis is highlighted in The Book of Revelation in the following scripture:
Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “A quart of wheat for a day’s wages, and three quarts of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!”
But what exactly does it mean?
Around the world, food prices are rocketing because of climate change destroying crops and contaminated land reducing the growing areas.
As the value of money falls and the price of food goes up it will require a person on an average wage to work a whole day just to be able to afford to buy a loaf of bread.
To give you an idea, a quart of wheat is about 4 cups which when ground isn’t even enough to make an average sized loaf. Such commodities as oil and wine will be massively expensive due to their very short supply.
This isn’t a situation that is reserved for third world countries either. It applies to all countries.
Our advice would be to buy a small piece of land or better still a property that comes with land so you can grow your own food or at the very least top up your usual but soon to dwindle supply.
